The Avoya Travel Academy coursework and exam is modern and wide-reaching, designed specifically for those wanting to become a travel agent or a travel agency owner. Completion of the Travel Agent Education Certification is required to join the Avoya Travel Network, but should you choose to go elsewhere in your journey to become a travel agent it’s an amazing foundation to help you get there. Each product or service bundle offers unique benefits. You are purchasing a limited-time offer that must be redeemed and completed by the original purchaser within 100 days from date of purchase.

• Comprehensive online, self-paced program. 20 sections with over 115 lessons, including test your knowledge quizzes for each section. Content includes travel industry basics, preparing for success, industry suppliers, business ideas, types of leisure travel, geography, and more!
• Videos from Industry leaders. Online presentations by travel industry experts, sharing their expertise and knowledge contributing to the foundation of your success.
• Support from travel industry leaders and experts and backed by a proven-model that has generated over $600 million a year in annual travel sales.
• The Travel Agent Education Certification exam fee is included in your registration.
• Norwegian Cruise Line education.
• Collette Specialist Certification.
• Certified Accessible Travel Advocate Certification.
• Complimentary registration for one Avoya Regional event. Travel costs not included. Complimentary registration must be redeemed within 12 months of Academy registration.

Upon completion and passing of the TAEC™ exam within 100 days of registration:

• Travel Agency Education Certification certificate.
• The cost of Avoya Travel Network affiliation fee is included in PLUS Bundle. The agreement must be signed within 30 days of passing the TAEC Test, or there will be a $100 admin fee to reinstate.

Things to Know:

• Most students spend 40-45 hours to complete the coursework and take the final exam. While the program is robust, it’s not designed to burden you in endless details. We know you want to get going with your new career as quickly as possible!
• Due to the nature of travel and the products and services we provide, you’ll have 100 days to complete the courses and successfully pass the Travel Agent Education Certification Test, if you wish to obtain a certification certificate.
• The Travel Agent Education Certification course content is provided in both written and audio format for ease of use and learning. Note: the Test Your Knowledge Quizzes and the Travel Agent Education Certification Test are only available in written format.
• The Travel Agent Education Certification was developed for the US market. While all are free to buy the educational portion of our offering, the becoming an Independent Agency in the Avoya Travel Network is only open to businesses residing in the USA.

Refund Policy: The items purchased on this site include products and services such as memberships, subscriptions, registrations, events, digital courses and resources, textbooks and reference materials, and third party products. Due to the nature of the products and services provided, purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. All purchases are date-specific and therefore must be redeemed and completed within 100 days of purchase. If you purchase a bundle that includes an Avoya Network Licensing agreement, yet are not invited and approved to join the Avoya Travel Network, we will provide a refund in the amount of $199.00. Should you need an extension, changes will result in a 30-day $100 administrative fee plus any product and service cost differences.
