Avoya Network Affiliation – Education Enrollee

After completing the Travel Agent Education Certification course, do you plan on affiliating with the Avoya Network? If you have made the decision to affiliate with the Avoya Network, you can pay the Avoya Network Affiliation one-time fee NOW!

Upon completion of the Travel Agent Education Certification program and the passing of the TAEC Test, your Independent Agency’s Affiliation will be moved to the top of the list for completion.

  • Please Note: At this time, the Avoya Network can only offer affiliation with Independent Agencies who reside in the United States. If you reside in a country other than the United States and pay for early affiliation, the payment will be refunded and affiliation with the Avoya Network will not be processed.

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an invoice showing payment has been received.

  • Your information will then be sent to the Avoya Network Expansion specialist, and they will reach out to you to begin the affiliation process.
  • Once you have completed Travel Agent Education Certification course and passed the TAEC exam, your Avoya Network Expansion Specialist will work with you to complete your Agency’s affiliation.

For those who complete the TAEC course, the one-time Avoya Network Affiliation cost is $395 (vs. normal $495).

  • If you pre-purchase the Avoya Network Affiliation, the affiliation agreement must be completed within 30-days of taking and passing the TAEC exam.
  • Items needed to complete Avoya Network Affiliation:
    • Business bank account set up and active
    • Confirmed business structure: Sole Proprietor, LLC, or Corporation
    • If you decide on an LLC or Corporation structure – the organization type must be active with the state and you must be at least 50% owner.
    • If you are a California resident, please consult with your Avoya Network Affiliation Specialist prior to setting up your LLC or Corporation.
