We are making a big investment in your professional development by allocating space for you within the Avoya Travel Academy, even though we realize you can use the resources in a package to become associated with a different host or travel franchise. We are confident that Avoya is by far the best choice out there for you and we hope you agree. Accordingly, the following cancellation policies apply:

  • All registration costs are 100% non-refundable at time of purchase.
  • All registrations are non-transferrable.

If you are a member of the US Military, a Veteran, or a spouse of a Military member or Veteran – PLEASE REACH OUT via email to: educationplatform@avoyatravel.com, BEFORE completing your Avoya Travel Academy registration payment.

  • US Military members, veterans, and spouses enjoy an additional discount off the cost of Avoya Travel Academy education.
  • Military discount is not combinable with any other discount codes or promotions. 

Please Note:

  • At this time, the Avoya Network can only offer affiliation with Independent Agencies who reside in the United States. If you reside in a country other than the United States and pay for any Avoya Travel Academy courses and/or options, your Independent Agency will not be able to join the Avoya Network once complete.
  • If you purchase the PRO package, and for some reason your Independent Agency is not accepted for Avoya Network affiliation, a refund for the difference between the PRO Package and the ESSENTIAL package will be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase and register for either the BASIC PLUS package or the PRO Package – the Avoya Network Affiliation agreement MUST BE signed within 30 days of course completion, or there will be a $100 admin fee to reinstate.

All products purchased from Avoya Travel Academy are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes, but is not limited to, memberships/ subscriptions/registrations/event registrations; online/downloaded courses and resources; textbooks and reference materials; and/or resources not created by the Avoya Travel Academy (3rd-party products).

Avoya Event Credit Terms and Conditions

  • ONLY applicable for an Avoya Travel Academy enrollee who purchases the PRO Package beginning on April 30, 2024 through the end of day (11:59pm EST) May 31, 2024.
  • Complete the Avoya Travel Academy education and take & pass the TAEC Test.
  • Sign your Avoya Network Affiliation agreement within 100 days of Avoya Travel Academy registration.
  • To redeem, must be a member and in good standing with the Avoya Network.
  • Avoya Event Credit must be redeemed using the Avoya Event Credit Redemption form provided when credit is issued.
  • Avoya Event Credits can be redeemed for Cash Back for any optional 2024/2025 Avoya Hosted Event or Flights booked via Avoya Flights for an Avoya 2024/2025 Hosted Event that you choose to attend. (I.E. Avoya Conference, Land Forum, Academies).
  • Avoya Event Credits have no cash value other than for redeeming for an Avoya Hosted Event.
  • Credits can be redeemed for Cash Back after the event has taken place, they cannot be used as a form of payment to secure your space at the event. 
  • Avoya Event Credits expire 24 months after being awarded.
  • Avoya Event Credits that have not expired can be combined into a single redemption to cover the cost for an Avoya Hosted Event.
